  • I had to laugh during today's craft segment when I Dream of Jeannie was mentioned... Tomorrow, April 1st is Jeannie's birthday... 2073 I believe.. looks good for her age!!! I would post a picture of my daughter's bday party from several years ago.. Jeannie themed... It reminded me of her party when you mentioned decorating the room... I turned the dining room into a jeannie's bottle.

One last thing, I think the audience members are so very lucky to get all of those giveaways... I'm so jealous... any way at home audiences can get in on the fun? Not all of us can make it to the shows.

Thanks for all the great ideas... still looking forward to an allergy free magazine...

  • Thanks to Etsy for pointing us to this evah' so crafty site! BUT OF COURSE it's Martha Stewart's site!

PS...looking for a wonderful crafty site to visit? Try one of my faves, http://www.indiepublic.com. It's got over 12,000 members, and the owner is a Maine gal just like me! LOL!

  • I love this new book! My daughter and I have already made 2 projects from it. You can see them at http://scrapbooklady.typepad.com/katie_the_scrapbook_lady/2009/03/scrapbook-lady-and-art-girl-get-crafty.html

    Thanks for all the inspiration!

  • oooooh!! How exciting!

  • I love Martha! That's so exciting about the new book! Another cool site for artists to promote their handmade crafts is http://byhand.me It's non-profit and it's goal is to bring handmade artists and buyers together and make handmade personal again regardless of where they sell! Keep up the great work with the show!

  • Loved Martha first, then found etsy, then found Martha and her Encyclopedia. This suits my obsessions perfectly. WooHoo!

  • Just can't wait to get my hands on this book.. We have recently lost our daughter katie 17 yrs old and its been a battle , but my friends ,family , faith, and of course MARTHA on my T.V. has truly helped get my through... love you martha and thank you. Danielle

  • I got my copy of the book last week and am very excited and ready to try some of the projects. Quilling looks interesting. I've never done it before. I had to look several places to find a quilling tool. Does Martha sell one? I have several paper punches and the bone folder tool. What is the best place to buy Martha Stewart craft tools? I found some at Wal-Mart. The rope mat will be next! I'm enjoying the book very much.
