I know I am repeating myself - and others - but seriously, the stuff being done with post-its lately is worth a second mention.
A friend of mine just sent me this animated video, done entirely in colored post-it notes.
This wallpaper is made of layers of multi-colored post-its that create an ever-changing pattern as you use & discard the layers. Found via Apartment Therapy.
I love the TO DO projects by the group illegal art. Made of post-it notes, these installations encourage passersby to write down & share what they've got on their to do list.

As an alternative to the standard post-it sizes, Muji makes this set of slimmer stacks. They are perfect for tagging book pages and short notes - and don't use nearly as much paper per stick.

I saw the same stop motion video (Deadline) yesterday and was utterly blown away. I also just found and recommend http://www.eatPES.com. Not post-it related, but "Spaghetti Western" is a must see stop motion. The creators cook a spaghetti meal using inedible objects such as a Rubik's Cube, Pick Up Sticks and pin cushions in lieu of real food. Rivaled Deadline in its brilliance.
