The holidays are upon us!
With everyone around here keeping up with their daily job, we are also getting ready for the Martha Stewart Craft Fair this weekend. Since the Craft Fair will be open to the public this year, many of us are still working when we get home. It is truly a busy time throughout the whole company. So today I am sharing a few photos of what is going on at home for a few of us.
We look forward to seeing people on Saturday!
1 Aaron's bowties all pre cut and ready to be sewn.
2 After a long day of crafting, Kristin's desk is a pile of loose ends and crafting tools.
3 Kristin organizes her studs in egg cartons while she is working.
4 Kirsten keeps her quilling organized by working in a tray that she can keep on her lap while watching TV late into the night.
5 Hosanna's jewelry bench is a mini production studio, with pendants in various stages in the bottom drawer.

Holy Moley! Not only am I envious of everyone who gets to attend this weekend's Craft Fair Extravaganza, but of those work tables and benches. I have but a lowly Kitchen Table that's part Dining Facility, part Craft Space, part Office Space. You just never know what you're going to sit down to -- or next to!

That jewelry bench is AMAZING! I am so jealous!
I am so excited about going to the craft fair on Saturday. Looking forward to seeing all the beautiful items made by your creative group!

Just saw Hosanna's beautiful acorn jewelry on today's show. Is there a link or website we can purchase her jewelry from if we don't live close to NYC and can't make it to the craft fair this weekend? I hope so, it's beautiful.

Hi Sara,
first, thank you! I do not currently have a website set up to sell. Hopefully during my holiday break I will finally get a shop set up so that I can sell to a larger audience. I'll update when it happens.
cheers!

When you say the template is on line, why can I never find it? It seems you have everything from 12/3 show but bid necklace. I expect templates in templace section. I dislike spending an hour to search for something that's not there. Just say when it will be posted please

I fell in love the the silver acorn jewelry made by Hosanna. Unfortunately, today is Dec. 6th and I just found out about the craft fair. Is there a how-to on how to make the silver acorn jewelry. It is just stunning! Also, will there be another craft fair?

Hi Frances,
The acorns are solid sterling silver, and were a special collection I made for the craft fair. Since they require all sorts of equipment for jewelry making, I did not provide a how to.
A simple solution would be to find a special, small acorn and paint it with a metallic paint (something like Rub'n Buff, found at Micheal's). Carefully drill a small hole through the top, and thread with a cord or chain. This variation will not have the weight of the silver ones, but I am sure it will still look pretty.
good luck!

I want to buy Aaron's bowties! Are they available anywhere? I would make my own if I could find those fantastic fabrics.

I would like to learn more about Aaron's bow ties. Where are they available and where oh where does he get such wonderful fabrics.
From: Hosanna Houser | 2/16/10 at 1:08 pm
Hi Heather,
Aaron is currently not selling the ties, but here is the link to instruction from when he did the segment on the show.

Loved the leather beaded bracelet. Where do we find leather to construct these bracelets?
