  • As a sewing teacher an award winning quilter, I would love to use embroidery to make a block for the back of my quilts, with information about the year and inspiration of the quilt. Also, I would love to make badges as awards for my students, teens and adults.

  • I would love to use embroidery and help other people that don't have a sewing maching.

  • just heard 0n Martha this morning about the contest and how to enter-only to find out that it closed yesterday--how disappointing!

  • Dear Martha I watch you everyday/ I Love you: I wish I could spend a Month with you & Learn/ I do not sew/ I could never afford a sewing machine & that 's ok, I sew with a needle & thread, I love your crafts/ I live on $612.00 dollars a month & Only Dream of a machine such as you offered in your show, But I guess I will always wish I could win/ But I never win a thing & That also is ok! Thanks for all your ideas, I do Sunday school with children & I get ideas from your show: Thanks Gloria Maestas

  • I was so excited to find out about the special
Singer sewing machine give away from yesterday's show. For some reason it would not let me enter on Wed. I even asked my husband to help me when he got home from work. My niece and I would have loved the chane to work with that machine and be creative. How sad not to have had the chance. I am wondering why I could enter this post today? Thank you though, for offering the Singer machine. I am sure the winner will be delighted with the chance to create.

  • Hi to the Craft Dept!
I love MSL! I especially love the crafting episodes. I record the shows every day on my DVR. I was so excited to see the episode of the new Sewing encyclopedia. It gave me some new ideas for sewing projects and motivated me to stick with my new mission; set up shop on I have been a fan of Martha since - forever. She and her shows and magazines are a great inspiration to me. Keep up the great work and always looking forward to the next show and more crafts.
    Loyal fan,
    Ilene Payne
