On a recent trip to NY, I was lucky enough to find PurlSoho on my first try. My son, who was being recruited by NYU Swimming, was spending the day checking out the university. I met a friendly male clerk who helped me pick out a very collegiate purple yarn and spent the afternoon knitting a beanie for my son. His acceptance letter came a few weeks ago...thankfully!! I have his new NYU beanie ready for his graduation present. You will love the shop and the atmosphere

Fun shop! I was there on Friday, April 23rd and received a cute canvas bag with my purchase. I was also visiting from out of town (Washington DC)- chaperoning a great group of chorus girls. Lucky for me, while shopping the cool shops in SOHO, they allowed me 20 minutes in Purl! My favorite item - Liberty of London print - city view!
