Last month's Stitch Fest was a blast, and one of the highlights was meeting so many of our talented readers. Demonstrating iron-on applique, I met crafter/designer Maria Eife. She was wearing some incredible felt jewelry she designs based on binary code, so you can be covertly nerdy. I love how precise and clean it is, while it's made from such a soft, plush material.
Maria told me each piece is laser cut by a company called Ponoko, and they have a great website that makes it really simple to use their services." She just updated her Etsy site with some terrific new colors. Check out her designs below.
