Get The TechniqueHi, we’re Renée and Tracy, the newest crafts interns here at Martha Stewart Living! We'll be contributing to thecraftsdept.com throughout the summer, so we thought an introduction was in order. Renée is a rising senior studying Graphic Design at Rhode Island School of Design, and Tracy is a recent graduate from Northwestern University with a degree in Art Theory and Practice.
The ever-evolving crafts department has us elbow deep in glitter, fabric, ornaments, and a variety of tasks for the magazine. We've just started, and we're already sewing, rubber stamping, making invitations, blogging, and discovering the city.
We love the crafts room. There are so many tools we have yet to try out, and the view doesn't hurt! But mostly, we’re excited to be here for the summer and to be part of such an incredible team.
