Meet : Check out Martha Stewart Crafts on HSN

Posted by

Alex Peruzzi Martha Stewart

I have some exciting news to share with you!  This Monday, July 19th at 12:01 A.M, Martha will be making her first appearance on HSN to present Martha Stewart Crafts.  She will be joined by Alex Perruzzi our Vice President of Licensing.  Alex and I have worked together for years and he is certainly passionate about crafting.

They have been preparing projects to demonstrate how to use our tools and craft supplies.  They will have card making, punching, embossing, stamping and of course glitter!  One of the things  that our department is most excited about is the introduction of the new Martha Stewart Crafts edition of the Cricut Cake™ System.  It’s an amazing electronic cutting system for decorating professional-looking cakes, cupcakes, cookie, and more.  We were given a demonstration last week and I have to say it's pretty impressive.  Alex gave us some great photos to share with you.  Don't forget to tune in on Sunday Eve/ Monday  starting at midnight or go to HSN.com to shop now.

  • Thanks Marcie!! Hi everone! I'm really excited about the show with Martha. We've created so many beautiful projects that I think every crafter will find something of interest. Hope to see you at 12:01 midnight on the 19th! Alex

  • Great ideas! Now I just have to get a cricut to play with!

  • This is absolutely wonderful!

  • Hi,

My son's 16th birthday is coming up and we're planning a big party for him at our pool. We always do something fun around cupcakes for the kids as there are all ages that come. So this time we hope to use the Martha Stewart Cricut Cake to make all the decorations for the cupcakes. It should be a lot of fun!

  • I greatly enjoyed the demo's on HSN-especially the deep edge scallop with cuts on both sidesthat gave a circle effect. BUT, I'd love the have the instructions-width of paper etc. Alex made it look easy-is there a place to find the details?

  • Lisa - I'm so happy you got the Martha Stewart Crafts Cricut Cake! Please send us photos of the cupcakes. We really want to see what your creations!

  • Sharon - The width of the paper for the project you're referring to is 2.5". Have fun!

  • Martha, your appearance on HSN was wonderful!!! Alex is a fabulous guy. He is so talented. I would like to see him on your web doing some tutorials on the different things that can be done with the punches. I just have one recommendation.... Please don't interupt him when he is demostrating something. Thank you again.

  • Decisions, decisions. I am not quite sure. There are so many great ideas. Maybe my grandson's first birthday cake or my daughter's 30th birthday cake. I have been doing cakes for 29 years. My first was for my daughter's first birthday. It was pretty pitiful but I was hooked on cakes. I love, love decorating cakes but due to arthritis I have had to cut back on how many I can do now. I have been considering purchasing cricket cake because it would cut the labor intensity of beautiful cakes. Thanks so much!

  • I'm a guy and I enjoy baking, yes ladies, we also like to bake... but sometimes I don't have the finesse and patience to decorate my cupcakes like a pro. But now I know there's a light at the end of the tunnel!! Thanks Alex for being such a brilliant host. I was mesmerized in front of the TV for entire show. I'm definitely getting a Martha Stewart Cricut Cake for my birthday.

  • Saw the show on HSN,loved all the projects. Just need the directions for them. I ordered both punch sets and score board(don't know how I lived without it).The craft dept is awesome!

  • Hi

Am interested to buy the Cricut Cake system of Martha Stewart. Where can I buy this and how? I live in New Zealand and have been a fan of Martha since I can remember. I am also a cake decorator and would love to have this incredible machine.

Please advise. I have a cousin in New Jersey who is
planning to come over here for a visit in December.
Perhaps I might ask her to buy one for me. Please advise me the nearest place she can get it from.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Regards

    Ofelia

  • Have you seen the Flip-Pal scanner that was on HSN last week? They were scanning quilts, badges, plaques, jewelry, photos, art, etc. onto an SD card. I would love to see how you would use the scans from the scanner to create different projects like cards, quilts, embroidery, appliques, etc.
