Last Thursday we hosted an event for a couple hundred of our favorite bloggers. It was a great chance for all of the blogs under Martha Stewart to get together and meet the people behind the blogs we love. We'd planned a rooftop party, overlooking the Hudson River, but the threat of rain moved us inside into one of our photo studios. There was plenty of great food & drink, straight from the pages of our magazines, and activities like ping pong & paper crafting. All of the blogs under This is Living, from the editors here at Martha Stewart Living, were present, stamping passports with out top NYC craft, garden, food, decorating, and family destinations. I had a great time, and it looked like everyone else did too. Were you there? What did you think?

Any way you could share the top NYC craft destinations with us? I wasn't able to make out all of them from the photo. Thanks!

Thank you for such a fantastic time. I had such a wonderful time and loved all of the different areas we could visit. I only wish Twitter had been working at that time so I could have shared with people about how great it was. I linked to this post in my post for today: http://www.fashionablyorganized.com/2010/08/diy-wednesday-organization-more/

Does anyone know where to buy rice paper. I have a wedding that wants to cover vases with orange and yellow rice paper.

The party was fabulous! I had such a wonderful time talking to everyone at MSO about what and how you do what you do. There blueberry green tea smoothies were to die for! Is the recipe listed somewhere?
Best of all was seeing my dog's face when I gave him the pet toy door prize I won. He turned inside out with joy! http://condo-blues.blogspot.com/2010/08/make-woven-ribbon-and-washer-bracelet.html We shared the bounty with some of our favorite rescues.
