Did you see Martha's brunch in the December issue of Living?

Take a look behind the scenes...
1 Just-baked dough ornaments, ready to be decorated.
2 This "20" represents the 20th year of Living—2011! We used hundreds of glass ball picks, gluing them onto Styrofoam numbers.
3 Martha's gift to her guests—a "toast" breadboard, homemade jam, and a Martha Stewart dish towel.
4 This is a test wreath—we did different combinations of greenery in sections so Martha could choose her favorite.
5 Mocking up the anniversary wreath...
6 All the gifts packaged and ready to go—with a note from Martha, and the jam recipe on back.
7 There were small accents around the house.

12 Each ornament is unique. Some are quite detailed, while others are just covered with a solid coat of glitter.
13 Sarah Carey made some beautiful cookies with the same cutters that we used for the ornaments.
14 Martha has such a great collection of Christmas decorations.

16 Our design and fabrication department built this ark tree stand. Fritz and I painted it with gouache.

Thank you for posting these pictures! I loved the story and especially all the animal cookies. AMAZING.

curious...are they intended to be edible? or merely to be wondered at...

Anyone know more about the ornaments? Real cookie dough? Some other bake able dough?
