We have been surrounded by snow in New York since the day after Christmas. Now it has become a bit too dirty and too icy for crafting, but in preparation for the next snowfall here are some of my favorite projects.

Mini snowmen are perfect for a light snowfall (not that much snow is required). They range from 8" to 12" tall and are embellished with clove eyes, twig arms, carrot slivers for noses, and a ribbon scarf.

To give your snowman a rosy glow, add a few drops of food coloring to water and spritz with a spray bottle.
Use some of your christmas garland and wreath leftovers to make an all-natural snowman. White pine and pinecones were used for all the embellishments.
