Get The TechniqueHere we go again ... another year of the excitement for Valentine's Day, which will bring lots of sweets, but please nothing that involves hearts or the color pink, kisses or the word love. That would just be too cute, and don't you know as a 9 year old boy you are no longer cute?! (I beg to differ). My son thought last year's valentines were "really cool," so the pressure was on to think of something just as perfect. So, when for my birthday he gave me this picture ...
... we realized it would make a great valentine as well.
Bulk banana candy, cello bags, and a simple card ... another year saved. (And pssst, I still think it's cute and full of love).
P.S. Little does my monkey know that he is very trendy this season ... have you seen the Spring '11 Prada show, with skirts and shirts in banana prints and Miuccia herself wearing banana earrings?! Now that is "really cool"!
