Easter is less than a week away! If you're in need of cute new treat or favor idea, you've still got time to make these jelly-bean-filledĀ treat containers. Just download our template and follow the instruction in the gallery below.

1 We ordered these vending capsules from http://shopsweetlulu.com/. Fill them with matching jelly beans to make the chicks body.
2 Select papers that match your vending capsules, an orange paper for the beak, and a gray paper for the eyes.
3 Fold your paper, and trace the template pieces along fold as indicated.
4 Fringe all feathers using small craft scissors.
5 Use googly eyes, or punch holes from gray paper for chicks eyes.
6 Use Martha Stewart's permanent adhesive roller to attach feathers, beak, and eyes.
7 All done!
8 Place in a nest or a basket, or on a table setting.

This would be a great project for the kids. Real feathers would be an adorable touch as well.

this is a great project. I especially like the blogs from the tv craft folks. Please have more of them.
