Marcie and our digital team put so much work into our brand new egg app for the iPhone, which includes detailed how-tos for making an amazing 101 different types of Easter eggs. I worked on the video components of the app, which show how to make stenciled, resist-dyed, Ukrainian wax-resist, and marbleized eggs. I had never marbleized eggs before the shoot, and it was kind of a revelation. I am now obsessed. The process is so simple and somehow so totally magical—I love it! All you need is food coloring, olive oil, and water (and a little vinegar). I'll be doing this with some little friends of mine this Easter, for sure.
Below is a peek at the video, and you can download the entire app here at the iTunes store.
