You may have heard about Amy Atlas's new book Sweet Designs: Bake It, Craft It, Style It which hit stores yesterday, but if not, be sure to check it out. Amy is a sweets stylist extraordinaire; a baker, crafter, stylist and party planner to the stars. She also shares ideas for her signature sweets tables over at her blog, Sweet Designs, which has a huge and loyal following. A few years ago Amy designed an elegant dessert buffet for Martha Stewart Wedding's 15th anniversary party.
This beautiful (and thick!) book is packed with recipes and ideas for packaging and styling treats and party tables. I'm a sucker for pink so one of my favorite tables is her Darling Dots which would be perfect for a shower or birthday party.
I love the way she attached the "Happy Birthday" banner right to the cake stand.
And these meringues are so pretty!!
