Each Spring, I am so thrilled to see the trees blooming and the tulips and daffodils popping up (despite my seasonal allergies!) Cherry blossoms are a real highlight for me, so I was pretty excited to see them opening up last week. The beautiful blooms have a short peak season, so you'll have to be on your toes to catch them in their prime.

Did you know that this year, Washington, D.C. celebrates 100 years since Tokyo presented the city with 3000 cherry blossom trees? The centennial celebration goes through April 27, so if you're in the area, it would certainly be worth a visit!
We've been quite inspired by cherry blossoms over the years, and have several projects to help you enjoy them long after their delicate petals have hit the ground.
These pretty tote bags are a cinch to make with our clip art.
I love the simple silhouette of the cherry tree branches- use our template to iron onto desk accessories.
This paper cherry blossom display will be in bloom all year.
