Make It : Dip-Dyed Scarves

Posted by

I love this time of year- warm sun shining with the cool hint of Fall in the air.  Perfect weather for a lightweight scarf!  Follow our simple instructions from the October issue of Living to make yourself some dip-dyed scarves (and don't forget your family and friends!)

We used a variety of fabrics- they all take the dye quite differently.  From left to right, the scarves below are cotton, bamboo rayon, rayon, and crepe de chine silk.  They're all from Dharma Trading, one of our favorite sources for blanks.
