Inspiration Board : Handmade Gift Week

Posted by

It's Handmade Gift Week here on the blog! Over the next few days, we'll be bringing you projects from some of our favorite bloggers and crafters. We hope they inspire you to make gifts for the some of the people on your list this year.

Below are some of our favorite handmade gift ideas from over the years. Do you remember Athena, Blake, Steph and Shane's beautiful projects from last year's December issue?

Blake made beautiful ornaments using our paint and clear class balls. Get the full how-to here.

Shane's ribbon Bracelets require a few drops of glue and quick stitches. They are so simple and elegant. Get the full how-to here.

Athena's snowdrop block-printed towels are one of my favorite projects. Click here for the full how-to.

Steph made sewn felt slippers constructed from a single piece of felt. Get the full how-to here.

I also love the idea of giving homemade bath fizzies as a gift.

Marcie's fabric covered boxes from this year's December issue of Living make for a wonderful gift. You can make them using scrap fabric!

  • How fun! I made modified Bittersweet truffles (using Martha's recipe) as neighbour gifts this year & packaged them in handmade bags... a huge hit!
